Phone

LakeShore IT Group offers phone support to clients with questions ranging from what to download to troubleshooting to general system questions. Depending on your needs, phone support can be a quick, efficient to solve your computer repair problems.

The number of emails sent each day around the world far exceeds 2.25 billion, so we don’t mind getting your questions electronically. Sometimes a simple solution can be sent via email to help solve your computer questions. If you problem needs a little more attention than an email we will be happy to schedule a service call to take care of your problem.

On-Site
Yes, we make house calls! This support service is a great option when you need computer repair. A technician will come to your home or business and assist you with your computer support needs. In most cases you can have your computer fixed within 24 hours. So when you have a frozen computer, a nasty virus or a hard-drive crash, you can be confident that LakeShore IT Group will help resolve your issue at an affordable rate and in a timely manner. We know how important your computer is to you, because we can’t live without ours either!
On-site support is billed at a rate of $35 per hour or flat rate depending on the type of service call
